$1. million dollar settlement for death of 19 year old construction worker killed at Miami Construction Site

On the first day of trial in Broward County, the liability insurance company for a major construction company agreed to pay $1 million dollars for the death of a 19 year old construction worker who was killed after a wall collapsed on to him at a construction site. The construction worker was survived by his mother, who at the time of the trial was terminally ill. Due to the facts and circumstances surrounding the death of the young construction worker, we were able to secure a large settlement on the first day of trial to compensate the mother for her pain and suffering and mental anguish as a result of the death of her son.
