Stacie L. Cohen practices in the area of personal injury law, medical malpractice litigation and nursing home abuse. Ms. Cohen has more than 20 years of experience in personal injury litigation throughout the state of Florida. Born in Miami Beach, Florida, Ms. Cohen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Cohen is admitted to the Florida Bar and to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Beyond litigation, Ms. Cohen has drafted legislation on behalf of individuals to promote victim’s rights and as an active member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers now known as the Florida Justice Association. In addition to the membership, Ms. Cohen has served on the insurance task force for the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers in an effort to draft laws designed to protect Florida’s consumers.
